My tracking shows my package was delivered, but it’s not here
We can only assist with any delivered / not received issues within 30 days of the item showing delivered.
Please check with neighbors, roommates, or the side of the house, etc. Some carriers get experimental. We've had members reach back out saying they found their package in their garden (odd, but it's true)!
Due to the value of our items, additional paperwork may be required to fill out to file a claim.

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the USPS prematurely. USPS delivery vehicles sometimes use GPS to update tracking and this can cause a premature “Delivered” to show up in your tracking page. We recommend you wait another 2 business days as normally, your package will still arrive.
If it’s still not there, contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
If at this point your package still can’t be recovered, then it most likely lost or stolen. At this point, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can go ahead and process a replacement.
If your driver completed the delivery, then the package's tracking status or a delivery notice should indicate where your driver left the package. Shipments that don't require a signature can be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.
If the driver delivered your shipment to an alternate location, you should have received a UPS InfoNotice that indicates where the shipment was left (for example, a neighbor's house or leasing office).
Check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package. You can also check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
If you still cannot locate the package, please wait 1 more business day. Often times in a situation like this, the package may have been marked delivered prematurely and will show up the following day. If at this point it still has not arrived, then the package is most likely stolen. Please contact email@example.com work out a process to get a replacement watch sent out.
This is a less frequent issue with FedEx, but the most important thing to do first is to check and make sure they didn’t leave it in a different spot than your normal carrier. Sometimes they will leave things on a porch or backdoor and you simply aren’t seeing it. If you’re absolutely sure it’s not there, contact Fedex immediately with your tracking number. If they’re not able to help you at all then the package may have been stolen. If this is the case, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve things on our end.
Signing up with FedEx’s Delivery Manager will also help make sure your package does not get stolen.
