INTERNATIONAL - My package has been stuck in Chicago/Los Angeles/New York/San Francisco/Miami for an extended period of time

If you’re an international member and you shipment has stalled in either Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami or New York for several days, or even weeks, that means your package is being processed by the USPS in one of its five International Service Centers (ISCs). The reason that it can take a long time to go in or out of these locations is that this is where the customs process happens, plus the fact that there are only those five locations. If you are worried your package may be stuck for good, it is recommended that you reach out directly to the USPS with your tracking number and they can help you out.
