INTERNATIONAL - My tracking hasn’t updated in a while
All of our international shipments are shipped via FedEx. It's alway best to reach out to the carrier directly for updates as they have the most updated information.
Once you get your tracking information, please allow up to 21 business days for your international order to be delivered. (Most of the time it's much faster!)
Due to the customs process, some watches may take longer than others to arrive and the tracking doesn't always update while it's being processed by customs.
We've had plenty of instances where the package was eventually processed by customs and our members were able to pick up their item.
Click the tracking number in the Recent Shipments section of your account to view your tracking info through the carrier's website.
If you see no update after 21 business days, feel free to let us know and we can look into this further for you to make sure you're taken care of.
