Why does my tracking say "Pre-shipment?"

"Pre-shipment" means that your package has left our warehouse and is waiting to be scanned by USPS to begin its journey to you. Please allow up to 8 business days for your tracking information to update.  

We've had plenty of instances where the package wasn't scanned by USPS, but still arrived on time and onto the wrist of its owner. 

If it's been more than 8 business days without an update, please reach out to us at and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
