Can I end a prepaid Multi-Month Plan early?
You can, but we don't issue cash refunds for any remaining shipments left in your plan. We will only convert any remaining shipments into account credit in the form of Points that can be used on our Wheel of Watches and Member Store.
We'll allow members to break their commitment, but we think it's only fair to our other members that paid regular price for their month-to-month subscriptions that cash refunds will not be considered.
