When will my first watch ship?
We will ship out your first watch within 3 business days of signing up.
Customers in the USA will generally receive their watch within 5 business days after it has shipped.
For international shipments, please allow up 21 business days from the date you received your tracking for your watch to be delivered. Customs can sometimes create unexpected delays. If your watch was shipped with USPS and it's been stuck for a number of days, check your tracking number with your country's postal service (e.g. if you're in Canada, search your tracking with the Canada Post).
You can always check the status of your shipment under the Recent Shipments section of your Member Dashboard.
