SHIPPING

Q: How much will the shipping cost?
Shipping will vary by item and will be posted at the time of purchase.

Q: When will my watch arrive?
Please allow up to two weeks from the date of your purchase for your watch to ship.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once it ships. You will also be able to keep tabs on it in the "Recent Shipments" section of your account.

Q: Where does WatchText ship?
We currently only ship within the United States.

Offers / General

Q: Do I have to respond if I’m not interested in the offer of the day?
Nope! Your silence is deafening.

Q: How do I know what offer I'm getting?
The current offer(while supplies last) is available until we send out the next offer.

Q: I just signed up but I haven't received an offer yet!
If you signed up after the current offer has been released, you will receive your first offer the following day.

Q: What is WatchText’s return policy?
We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If there is a defect within the first 30 days of receiving your Watch Text watch, please SUBMIT a claim so our member services team can help facilitate a repair or replacement.

Please include a photo and/or video of the issue for a speedier resolution.  If possible, please include the shipping box with the tracking number visible and a clear view of the dial.

For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer.  As always, we are more than happy to assist members and help to provide them with any information they may need to facilitate this request.

Q: With a WatchText purchase will I be automatically entered into a Rolex Giveaway?

Account Adjustments

Q. How can I login to my WatchText account?

A. Head to https://watchtext.com/.

If you know the password to your Watch Gang account, you can sign in WatchText using your Watch Gang information as well.

If you're unsure of your Watch Gang password, you can reset your password using this link.

You can also update your password by going to your Account Settings when you're logged into your Watch Gang account. Click on "Account" in the upper right-hand corner to get started.

Alternatively, if you can't remember your Watch Gang account information, just enter in your email address and click Sign Up. We'll send you a special link to your email that will allow you to sign up using your existing Watch Gang account.

Q: How do I update my WatchText shipping or billing information?
All WatchText subscribers receive an account on our mother site WatchGang.com. If you've never logged in to WatchGang.com you'll first need to create a password by clicking "Forgot password?" and then follow the steps to sign in to your account. Once signed in you may update the WatchText account by visiting your Watch Gang account page.

Q: How do I stop receiving offers from WatchText?
To stop receiving offers from WatchText simply reply to your latest WatchText offer with "STOP".
