COVID-19 SHIPMENT UPDATE
Hi Everyone!
We will do our best to keep everyone updated as we learn more on how the global pandemic is affecting shipments.
The COVID-19 pandemic is a global health event unlike anything we have seen, and has dramatically impacted couriers and fulfilment centers around the globe.
Many couriers and fulfilment centers are experiencing holiday-level volume while experiencing shortened working hours with smaller teams of people working to ensure everyone’s safety.
Our warehouses are up and running and have confirmed they are taking all the necessary precautions for their staff in the warehouse and for our members.
Some packages are missing scans when they arrive to the post office so don't be alarmed if you see your package idle for a few days. We have seen this happen with countless shipments where the first scan doesn't happen at the initial post office and the update comes after the shipment is in the hands of your local carrier.
For our international friends, international shipments may see longer ship times due to tightened borders and customs. Most countries are giving priority to essential goods deliveries as deliveries arrive at customs.
While we typically ask for 21 business days for your watch to arrive once shipped, we have started to see that some shipments take up to 45-60 business days to be delivered due to COVID-19.
Also, please take this time to check your shipping address in the Shipping section of your Account page and make any changes if needed. We know many members have their watches shipped to their places of work, and with many of us working from home at the moment, we want to make sure your information is updated.
While we are unable to expedite orders or redirect packages that already have tracking numbers, we do ship all of our domestic packages via USPS. We have had many members already contact USPS to hold their package at their local post office or ask to redirect.
You are able to hold your mail for a specific window of dates via their website. You can access the feature here: https://www.usps.com/manage/hold-mail.htm
Thank you all again for your continued support and we hope you and yours stay healthy!
