Watch Gang Previously Worn Watch Limited Warranty

Watch Gang will repair every used or vintage watch sold through the Watch Gang Store for 2 years after purchase. Watches with defective parts or that are not keeping proper time within manufacturers specifications will be repaired under this Limited Warranty.

The Watch Gang Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage to the purchased watch through the Watch Gang Store resulting from an accident, wear and tear, or if used underwater in a manner that contrasts with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Any modifications made to the watch after purchase voids the Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to new watches, which may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returns & Exchanges Policy For Previously Worn Watch Purchases

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 3 days of receipt, provided the watch is in the same condition as when it was purchased.  The return process begins by contacting Watch Gang Member Support at 1-844-413-7017 or emailing us at hello@watchgang.com

Once contacted, our agents will generate a shipping label (we cannot reimburse you if you ship via a third party shipper).

All returned items must be in new condition (or the same condition in the case of pre-owned and vintage items). All returned items must include the original packaging received at time of sale, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.  Any sign of wear or removal of parts will result in the refusal of your return. If your return is refused, we will send the watch back to you and will be unable to accept an additional return.
