Member Store Refund and Return Policy
Watches purchased from the Member Store are final sale with no refunds, returns or exchanges unless indicated.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 3 days of receipt, provided the watch is in the same condition as when it was purchased. The return process begins by contacting Watch Gang Member Support at email@example.com
Once contacted, our agents will generate a shipping label (we cannot reimburse you if you ship via a third party shipper).
All returned items must be in new condition (or the same condition in the case of pre-owned and vintage items). All returned items must include the original packaging received at time of sale, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any sign of wear or removal of parts will result in the refusal of your return. If your return is refused, we will send the watch back to you and will be unable to accept an additional return.
