How long do monthly international shipments take to ship?
Please allow up to 21 business days from the first day of movement for your tracking information to update for your watch to arrive.
Due to the customs process, some watches may take longer than others to arrive.
All international orders will begin their journey with either DHL or FedEx depending on the origin of the shipment. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
Click the tracking number in that email to view your tracking info through either the DHL or FedEx website. From there, you can find your Local Carrier Tracking number.
For local DHL tracking, find the number on the right-hand side of the DHL tracking page located under “Delivery by USPS International”
For local FedEx tracking, find the number on the FedEx tracking page underneath “Postal I.D. No.”
You'll always be able to keep tabs on your shipment under the Recent Shipments section of your account.
