Where are my Anniversary Points?
We issue 100 Anniversary Points to your account once you've received 1 or more monthly subscription watches for 12 months.
We only issue one set of Anniversary Points per account and points are not transferrable between accounts.
If you have multiple subscriptions under one account, we do not combine the total number of shipments of each subscription.
Please note: Our Anniversary Points Program has been discontinued for new subscriptions purchased after February 11th, 2020 at 12PM PST. Subscriptions purchased prior to February 11th, 2020 at 12 PM PST are still eligible to receive Anniversary Points.
Example: You received 1 monthly subscription watch for 12 consecutive months, you'd receive 100 points on that 12th month.
Example: You skipped a month, totally fine. You wouldn't receive your 100 points until you resumed and your 12th month of receiving a monthly subscription was achieved.
Example: You received 2 monthly subscription watches for 12 consecutive months under the same account, you'd only receive 100 points total on that 12th month.
Example: You have had 2 monthly subscription watches for 6 consecutive months under the same account, you would NOT receive 100 points until you've reached a 12th month of receiving a monthly shipment.
Please allow up two to four weeks from your anniversary for your anniversary points to be reflected in your account. You can access your Points by logging into your account.
Once logged in, go to either "The Wheel" or "Get Points" section to view your Points History.
