The hands on my watch are loose!
If you haven't already, please try pulling the plastic holder from the crown and set the time.
If you don't set the crown firmly in its place, the hands will appear loose and move around. The hands will become steady once you've set the crown firmly in its place.
That should do the trick, but please let us know if you're still having any trouble with it!
