What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final with no refunds, returns or exchanges. Renewals must be cancelled prior to your rebill date. Points and watches purchased from the "Wheel of Watches" are all final sale with no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Watch Gang will assist with the replacement of any broken and/or defective watches within the first 30 days of receiving the watch based on the tracking number for that order.
For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer to utilize their warranty. All watches come with a manufacturer warranty.
