What should I do if the watch I traded doesn't work?
If you have any immediate issues with a watch that you received through the Exchange Page, we recommend getting back in touch with the member you traded with to work the issue out. If you have any issues, please reach out to our Exchange Page moderators and they can help facilitate this communication.
If an issue arises after 30 days of receiving the watch, we recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer directly.
We are unable to assist with any returns or exchanges with traded watches as some watches that are traded and sold on the Exchange Page have not been received from a Watch Gang subscription or Wheel of Watches win.
