First off - we apologize that your watch needed to be replaced in the first place!
Please allow up to two weeks for your replacement watch to ship. We try to send these out much sooner than two weeks, however, we often times need to get them from the manufacturers directly which adds to the wait time.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your replacement watch ships.
