What happens if my Wheel watch arrived damaged and/or defective?

As always, we are more than happy to assist members and help to provide them with any assistance they may need.

 

Watch Gang will assist with the replacement of any broken and/or defective watches within the first 30 days of receiving the watch based on the tracking number for that order.

 

For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer to utilize their warranty.  Every watch you receive comes with a manufacturer's warranty, so they will be happy to assist you!

 

When reaching out to us, please include a video of the issue for a speedier resolution, the shipping box with the tracking number visible and a clear view of the dial.
