What happens if my Wheel watch arrived damaged and/or defective?

If there is a defect within the first 30 days of receiving your Wheel watch, please SUBMIT a claim and our member services team will help facilitate a repair or replacement.

Please include a photo and/or video of the issue for a speedier resolution.  If possible, please include the shipping box with the tracking number visible and a clear view of the dial.

For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer.  As always, we are more than happy to assist members and help to provide them with any information they may need to facilitate this request.
