What happens if my watch arrives damaged or doesn't work?
This is definitely something we never like to hear!
If there is a defect within the first 30 days of receiving your Watch Gang watch, please SUBMIT a claim so our member services team can help facilitate a repair or replacement.
Please include a photo and/or video of the issue for a speedier resolution. If possible, please include the shipping box with the tracking number visible and a clear view of the dial.
For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer. As always, we are more than happy to assist members and help to provide them with any information they may need to facilitate this request.
