What happens if my watch arrives damaged or doesn't work?
This is definitely something we never like to hear!
If there is an issue within the first 30 days of receiving your watch, please SUBMIT a claim so our Member Support team can help facilitate a repair or replacement.
Please include a photo and/or video of the issue for a speedier resolution.
For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer to utilize their warranty. As always, we are more than happy to assist members and help to provide them with any information they may need to facilitate this request.
