My watch arrived damaged and/or defective!

This is definitely something we never like to hear!

We will assist with the replacement of any damaged and/or defective watches within the first 30 days of receiving the watch based on the tracking number for that order. 

Please SUBMIT any broken and/or defective issues to our team.  Please include a photo and/or video of the issue for a speedier resolution.  If possible, please include the shipping box with the tracking number visible and a clear view of the dial.

For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer.  As always, we are more than happy to assist members and help to provide them with any information they may need to facilitate this request.
