I need to reactivate my Membership!

You can reactivate a canceled or paused subscription by completing the following steps:

1) Log in to your account at

2) Under the "Your Subscriptions" section, click "Reactivate" underneath the subscription you'd like to reactivate.  

3) Select the Membership Tier and Subscription Term that you would like to activate.

4) Confirm billing price and subscription.

After these steps are completed, you will be taken back to your account page, where you will see your subscription has successfully been reactivated.

Please note that reactivating your account doesn't automatically send a shipment.  You will not be charged until the 30th when all memberships renew. 

The cut-off time for same month shipments is the 10th at 4PM PST. If you want to be charged immediately and receive that month's watch, please make sure to CONTACT US and our team will try and get you in before the cut-off time.
