Monthly Subscription Renewal Policy
All monthly subscriptions renew on the 30th of each month.
All prepaid subscriptions will renew on the 30th of the month of your final shipment. 3 and 6-month prepaid plans will renew at the same plan, however, 12-month prepaid plans will renew at a month-to-month plan after the 12th shipment.
If you signup for your first watch between the 1st and the 10th, you will receive that month's watch and your membership will renew on the 30th.
If you signup for your first watch after the 10th, you will receive the following month's watch. You will not be charged on the 30th. Your renewal will begin the following month on the 30th.
You can stop your monthly shipments at any time, however, we do have shipment cut-off times before you are charged for that month's shipment.

Stop Shipment Cut-Off Times:
1. Stop Shipment requests before 5PM PST on the 10th will receive a full refund and that month's shipment will be canceled.
2. Stop Shipment requests after 5PM PST on the 10th will not receive a refund and will receive that month's shipment. Your account will no longer be billed for that shipment moving forward.
