Does the Wheel of Watches ever sell out?
Yes!
Depending on the inventory, watches can often sell out quickly if everyone is adding it to their Wheel.
On rare occasions with some Specialty Wheels, Level 1 watches may sell out.
Every wheel has 5 levels (like the main wheel). On Specialty Wheels, when a level is sold out, the level above then becomes the Level that sold out.
So, for instance, should Level 1 sell out, Level 2 moves down to Level 1, Level 3 now becomes Level 2, and so on.
Since the Wheel now starts at Level 2, prices for the Wheel will increase to reflect the higher values of the watches listed on Level 2.
