Flash Sale Refund Policy
All Flash Sale sales are final. We do not accept any returns.
When we have Flash Sales, we host one of our brand partners for that week to help promote their products. Shipping, repair, replacement, and refunds are handled directly by that particular brand.
As such, we encourage our members to reach directly to our brands (for example Egard, Reign, Deep Blue, Orient, etc...) to address any issues they may be having with their products.
Our partners are the most capable in assisting with specific issues relating to their products since they have direct control over their inventory. Just let them know you are a WG subscriber and they will do their best to help resolve your issue. Be sure to keep us posted and let us know how your experience is going. We want to make sure they maintain our customer service standards and address all your concerns. Your feedback is always appreciated.
