My renewal didn't process!

No sweat!

We will attempt to recharge any failed payments all the way up until the 10th. You'll receive an email once your payment goes through successfully.

You can also change the payment method on your Watch Gang account by following the steps below:

1) Log into your Watch Gang account at

2) Enter your new billing information in the credit card section.

3) Save that new credit card information.

Your new credit card information will be applied when we attempt to process your renewal!

Please note that all renewals are processed on the 30th. We are unable to set a specific renewal date for individual accounts on a recurring basis.
