Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your monthly subscription.

However, canceling prepaid 3, 6 or 12-month prepaid plans after your first watch has shipped will incur a 20% fee.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by filling out our Cancellation Request Form

By filling out the Cancellation Request Form and providing us your feedback our member support team can quickly handle your request. You will receive a confirmation email once our team reviews and processes your request.

Please note we do have cancellation cut off times before you are charged for that month's shipment. See cut off times below.

Cancellation Cut Off Times:

1. Cancellations before 5PM PST on the 10th will receive a full refund and that month's shipment will be canceled.

2. Cancellations after 5PM PST on the 10th will not receive a refund and will receive that month's shipment. Your account will no longer be billed for that shipment.
