Where is my tracking?

When you log in to your account at, you will see your tracking information listed under the "Your Subscription" section of your account. 

Please note that your previous month's tracking information will remain listed until your new tracking is uploaded.

Since we procure watches from all over the world, ship dates often fluctuate. We try to ship all watches by the 16th of each month. Please allow a window of 5 days before and after the 16th.

Once your package is shipped, you will be sent an email with your new tracking information. Please allow 24 - 48hrs for your tracking information to be updated.
